Windsmith Design is a design-build landscaping company owned and run by
Mark Bourne. Mark’s training in the art of design and the craft of construction enable him to be directly involved throughout the creation of every garden, and he makes active involvement in the entire process one of the hallmarks of the design-build method practiced by Windsmith.

The creation of each garden progresses through a series of basic steps:

| Consultation : | We meet and explore your site and your goals. |
| Proposal : | A scale drawing of your new garden design, based on our initial discussion. |
| Design : | We refine the details of the design, and select materials and finishes. |
| Construction : | Mark supervises the construction of each garden closely, often working with his own hands to perfect the details of each garden. |
| Ongoing Design : | We continue to fine-tune the actual garden during construction. |
| Aftercare : | Windsmith offers a range of maintenance services for the gardens we build. |
